APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Confirmation-
Confirmation of appointments can be made once INR 500 or the full amount has been paid before the session and only then the appointment shall be confirmed. This is done to prevent any double booking and be able to have a healthy roster and schedule and have slots equally available for all clients. Until the payment has been the confirmation will not be done.
Cancellation Policy-
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide at-least 24 hours notice. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hour notice, we are unable to offer that slot to the other person.
Appointments which are cancelled with less than 24 hours notification may be subject to a INR 500 cancellation fee.
Clients who do not show up to for their appointment without a call or email to cancel an appointment will be considered as NO SHOW. Clients who No-show more than two times in three months may be dismissed and no further appointments will be made for those clients.
All this is done to help promote a healthy system of booking in the clinic and be able to provide best services to the clients.
