About the Course

EFT proposes that emotions themselves have an innately adaptive potential that if activated can help change problematic emotional states or unwanted self experiences.

This workshop offers a distinctive opportunity for therapists from different training backgrounds to improve their skills in working with emotions in psychotherapy. The workshop will focus on specific skills to promote emotional awareness, expression, regulation, understanding and introduce emotional transformation.

Through a combination of brief lectures, video demonstrations, and interactive Q&A sessions, participants can expect to learn practical skills and insights to apply immediately in their practice.
